Booking rules —————————————————————— • Please be on time. A 10 minute grace period is allotted for each appointment. Anything after 10 minutes will result in a cancellation and your card will be charged same day cancellation fee. • Please come to your appointment with no creams and or makeup around your eye area. • When you arrive please text me BEFORE coming to the door. I will respond and let you know when I’m ready for you. I appreciate my clients being early, however every minute counts and I may not be done with my previous appointment. • Extra guests are not allowed. • Accepted of forms of payment include cash or debit/credit. 3.5% convenience fee applied to all card transactions. If you are paying with cash please make sure you have the exact amount as I don’t always have change. • Same day cancellations along with no call no shows will be charged 50% of your service total. • Reschedules must be done 36 hours prior to your appointment in order to transfer your deposit to a new date. A deposit can only be transferred one time. • Refills require 40% of your lashes to still be in tact. Anything less than this will be considered and charged as a full set. Please make sure to communicate with me if you are unsure whether you have enough lash extensions for a fill. If you do not communicate with me, I may be inclined to cancel your appointment if I do not have time for a full set. • After 3 consecutive fills, a removal and new set will be required. This is only to prevent your natural lashes from bending and breaking. If a set is done by me and followed by a new set the same day, the removal fee will be waived. • I do not offer foreign fills. • I offer 7:00/7:30pm appointments Monday-Thursdays upon request only and a $20 after hours fee will be added to your total. Cancellation Policy
We ask that you make any changes to your appointment with 36 hours prior to your appointment. In order to transfer your deposit to a new appointment, any reschedules must be done within 36 hours prior to your appint. Same day cancellations and no call no shows will be charged 50% of their service amount.
